Introducing The Social Mastery System
The Social Mastery System is a private coaching program that’s designed to take you from awkward to confident in 6 months.
If you’re someone who excels professionally or academically, but struggles with small talk, connecting with others, or reading social cues, this program is for you.
I know that social interactions can feel stressful, especially when it seems like some people just “get it” and others don’t. But here’s the good news: social skills can be learned.
Through weekly coaching sessions and real-world practice, I’ll show you how to navigate conversations, read a room, and approach social situations with confidence.
You’ll learn to bypass the small talk and have meaningful, engaging conversations with people who share your interests and are open to connecting.
By the end of the program, you’ll be going out regularly, chatting with people, and feeling confident in social situations that used to feel intimidating. No more awkward silences or feeling out of place.
You’ve got the brains – now it’s time to unlock the social skills to match.
Are you ready to level up?
Here’s what you’ll learn

You’ll graduate from the program feeling empowered, confident, and ready to achieve depths of connection that once felt impossible.

How is the program structured?
The Social Mastery System is based on the exact process I used to go from socially awkward to confident. This process took me 15 years because I was figuring it out using trial and error.
With my help, you’ll be able to avoid the mistakes I made and go through the process in 6 months. I’ll walk with you calmly through each step, providing guidance where appropriate.
Each week, we’ll have one or two 60-minute remote sessions on Google Meet. You’ll be given homework between sessions, and will also be held accountable to practise the skills you’re learning in real life.
The program is structured as follows:

There’s nothing else like this out there
This isn’t therapy. I’m not going to ask you about your childhood or dive deep into analysing your emotions.
Nor is it generic advice from a coach who doesn’t understand the unique challenges of feeling socially awkward.
This is a one-to-one, proven system to go from awkward to confident, taught by someone who’s been there and walked the walk.
It’s a structured mix of mental models, practice, accountability, and skills building.
Here’s how The Social Mastery System stacks up against other solutions you may have been looking at:

Notes:
1: Calculated on the basis of 28 hours of coaching + 2 hours of support in the program.
2: Source – scroll down to where it says “Life coach rates per hour.”
3: Source.
4: Infinite! In most asynchronous online courses, there’s zero contact time because you never get to interact directly with the course owner in real time.

FAQs
Who do you work with?
Who is this for?
This program is designed for self-confessed nerds who struggle with social skills.
My clients are often successful professionally, but find it hard to connect with other people on a social or emotional level. As a result, they feel lonely and isolated, and want to do something about that.
Sometimes, they’ve tried therapy and found it too emotional or too generic. So they’re looking for a structured program that’s specifically tailored to solving the problem they have.
I have a friend / co-worker / partner who needs help with social skills. Do you accept referrals?
Yes. I offer a generous referral program. Reach out to me for details.
I’m the parent of a college student. Do you accept students?
Absolutely. What matters more than age is that clients have an issue with social skills and are motivated to work on that.
What is your coaching process?
Is coaching available virtually or in-person?
All the coaching calls happen virtually, over Google Meet. I’m unable to offer in-person coaching currently.
What is a coaching session like?
Each session is different. But in general, the flow is something like this:
- I will ask you who you socialised with in the past week, how the conversations went and whether you were able to practise some of the skills you learned
- I will ask you to walk me through the homework exercise I gave you in the previous class
- We will talk about any personal experiences you have related to the subject we’re covering today
- You can ask me any questions about the subject that you like
- I’ll set you homework for the next class
How long are coaching sessions?
Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes.
How long does the program last?
The program itself lasts 6 months, with 1-2 coaching sessions per week.
Clients who purchase premium support are additionally entitled to unlimited support by text and email between calls, plus a further 3 sessions in the subsequent 6 months, which they can spread as they wish. Typically, these sessions are used to check in, provide accountability, and ask any burning questions.
What is expected of me?
You don’t need to have any prior knowledge about social skills or psychology for this program. Come as you are, and I’ll tailor the program accordingly.
All I ask is that you:
- Show up to all the coaching sessions
- Do all the homework assignments
- Are willing to practise socialising in the real world each week
You’ll also need a good internet connection and the ability to speak English at a native or near-native level.
What’s the time commitment for this?
Each week, you’ll need:
- 1-2 hours for coaching sessions, depending on which phase of the program we’re in
- 1-2 hours for homework assignments
- 1-2 hours to practise social skills in the real world
Will you just give me answers to my issues?
Yes and no. I’m here to answer any questions that you have. But ultimately, you’ll get more out of following the process that I used to fix this issue in my own life. You’ll find that going through the process will answer a lot of your questions as we go along.
Consider also that I can’t tell you what to do or fix you. The degree to which you resolve this issue will depend greatly on the amount of sustained effort you put in over time.
I’m worried about sharing deeply personal things with you. Help?
I get it. Opening up emotionally can be scary. I can promise you that:
- I’m here to listen to you and accept you as you are.
- What we discuss will be treated in the strictest confidence and only remain between us.
How is coaching different from therapy?
This program is coaching, not therapy. To clarify the distinction:
- Therapy deals with complex trauma, mental health, family issues and medical diagnoses.
- Coaching is more about learning new ways to think and act that can make your life better in the present.
If you need a therapist instead of a coach, I’ll tell you that in the free intro call and refer you to one.
What is your payment system?
How does payment work?
At the end of the free intro call, I’ll ask you if you want to move forward with the coaching program.
If you say yes, I’ll send you my payment details. I accept bank transfers via Wise in dollars, pounds or euros.
Depending on which package you choose, you’ll either:
- Pay for everything upfront
- Pay for one month immediately, pay the next installment 30 days later, the next installment 30 days after that, and so on.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, no. Since coaching is not a medical or mental health service in the same way that psychotherapy is, it’s not eligible to be covered by insurance.
Can I get my employer to pay for coaching?
You certainly can. Companies often sponsor their employees to help them improve themselves.
If you want to go this route, you’ll need to get buy-in from your employer, and then connect me to your accounts payable team when it comes time to pay.
